I live for a winter breeze

I opened an envelope, adressed for someone else, and I found my name.
While holding close, it managed to slip through my fingers.
My name glided down, down, down...
It reached night's tip, and was forgotten.
Feeling lost, I looked up-saw you,
Remembered a good beat and strolled off.
Smile saved my day,
Not one, but plenty-
